1 Overview & applicability

CC33 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "CC33") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operating at https://cc33.onl. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and user interactions on CC33.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service on CC33, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using CC33's services.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with international law.

2 Eligibility & registration

To open an account with CC33, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Each individual may register only one CC33 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Registering with false information may result in account termination.
• CC33 may request documents such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence, among others, for account verification purposes.
• Creating an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

CC33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Once an account has been successfully created, acceptance of CC33's Terms and Conditions is considered final.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Account security is entirely the responsibility of the account holder. The following account-related rules must be strictly observed:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. CC33 will not be held liable for actions taken by any third party using your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify CC33 support immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

CC33 supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or rejected.

• Where possible, please withdraw using the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• CC33 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & promotion terms

CC33 offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general conditions are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x). This amount must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Accounts: If a single individual is found using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Bonus abuse: If CC33 finds evidence of bonus system abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses cannot be used on certain games. Please check the full terms for each individual offer.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing on CC33:

• All game outcomes on CC33 are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that meets international standards. No result is predetermined.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, CC33 will determine the outcome of that round based on the system log.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. If a round is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, the official result of an event is considered final. In the event of a result change, CC33 may make a decision at its own discretion.
• Placing multiple opposing bets on the same event from one account (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

7 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CC33 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Using CC33 for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform for unfair gain.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their personal information.
• Making a deposit using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Impersonating any CC33 employee or engaging in fraudulent communications.
• Sending threats, harassment, or abusive messages to other users on the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

CC33 always strives to provide a safe and uninterrupted service. However, CC33 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other infrastructure problems.
• Account information theft or hacking due to the user's own negligence.
• Transaction delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes to game outcomes caused by unexpected technical errors (in such cases, the bet will be refunded).
• Personal financial loss or mental health issues arising from gaming.

9 Account Closure & Termination

CC33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide the required documents for account verification.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or legal obligation.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to conditions).

10 Terms and conditions amendment policy

CC33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the case of significant changes:

• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• Registered users will be notified via email or message.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.

Continued use of CC33 after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you will have the option to close your account.
